1. How? Heels Up Harris is the VP. She IS NOT going to step aside. She has zero incentive to do so. Her political career is over the second she does so and she knows it. And Democrats can't run her. So forget the 25th amendment. Its not going to happen.
2. So they replace him at the convention. This is a problem because who do they replace him with? Do they just step over Heels Up Harris? How does that play with their most loyal voters - Black Women - who overwhelmingly support Heels Up.

Blacks won't vote for him - nor will Muslims in Michigan and he's been a disaster as transportation secretary. Big Mike?
