I recall this as well - I believe the segment was about a former CIA employee that formerly worked as a Hollywood make-up department, then recruited to the CIA.
He told a story about a person that had been severely burned over his entire torso. He lost his face, nose, ears. His burns were so severe it frightened nearly everyone that saw him to a point he man stopped going out in public.
The former CIA employee (retired) made this man a prosthetic mask to assist this person back to a more normal life.
He acknowledged the CIA had the ability to make an identical mask - of anybody.
It was very moving.
