Out of curiosity, could one sue these teenagers for using fossil fuels, or anything derived thereof?

Perhaps it’s time to go Alinsky on their behinds. Make them live up to their own standards.

To use the SCOTUS logic used in Murthy vs Missouri
that removed the injunction stopping government’s social media censorship, past harm is not an indicator of future harm. SMH

So, no. They would not have standing.
