The Russians consider Crimea theirs… Catherine the Great's incorporation of the Crimea in 1783 into the Russian Empire.

Nato Secretary General Mr Stoltenberg said: "Ukraine’s rightful place is in NATO. Ukraine will become a member of NATO. The work we are undertaking now puts you on an irreversible path towards NATO membership, so that when the time is right, Ukraine can become a NATO member straightaway." That goes against James Baker’s promise not to move NATO further west towards Russia.

A lot of history our leaders do not want to sit down and discuss with Russia to form a Peace Treaty. It’s like they just want War!

And Estonia was "incorporated" into the Russian Empire in 1710. So what?

discuss with Russia to form a Peace Treaty.

LOL, so this peace treaty Putin will honor? Okay

Why did Finland withdraw from their 50+ year treaty on neutrality with Russia, and join NATO?

Ukraine already signed a peace deal with Putin in 2003, that he broke, “Treaty Between the Russian Federation and Ukraine on the Russian–Ukrainian State Border”. It set Ukraine’s borders as they were in 1991 & was lodged with the UN.

Putin once said Crimea was Ukraine and he’d not invade Ukraine. His word is worthless.

Putin-"Crimea Is Not a Disputed Territory, Russia Recognizes the Borders of Ukraine"
