There was an article about some man that wanted to become a “woman” and then get pregnant (somehow!!??) and then abort it

This was in a South Park episode. If you watch that episode of South Park they actually show a mutilation (sex change operation) and talk about abortion in all its nasty terms. Not sure if Comedy Central let all of that episode go on. It is rather quite telling as to what the creators think about both of those subjects.
