It's a FACT that we helped foment an illegal coup in Ukraine, installed a puppet government hostile to Moscow and the ethnic Russian population in Ukraine.

It's a FACT that we promised the Russians no eastward expansion of NATO.

It's a FACT that Russians repeatedly tried to prevent this war -- through the Minsk Accords, by coming to us with their security concerns in 12/21 and in Turkey in March of 2022. At every time, WE and/or other NATO leaders rejected peace.
