“Seasoned cast iron pan?“

It’s pretty easy to do just using and cleaning it right. But you can also fill it with oil and put it in a 350degree oven for three hours as well. I’ve used mine to make over easy eggs with no problem at all.

Your comments about seasoning are well taken.

But, I was alluding to the article’s description of the frying pan as the weapon unleashed on the thief. A cast iron pans (well seasoned or not) would have more mass and would make a more satisfying thunk than a flimsy aluminum/teflon one.
