Seems like a malicious prosecution. It would be a shame if some U.S. Attorneys went to prison over this.

A Texas jury will not convict this doctor. However, the process of trial is the punishment and will cost the doctor dearly in litigation fees and possible loss of his license.
He is a good man.

Doctors, teachers, parents (sometimes), executives of corporations that promote it or profit from it, etc.
