It would be cool if they find some writing on some of the amphorae, to reveal the ethnic background of the merchants.

Classical Greek amphorae had markings on the amphora handles (which often survive detached from the amphora), but I don't know if that practice existed in the 14th century B.C.

It would be interesting, but apparently they only lifted two (one from each end of the wreck) which means they’ll figure out what was in the shipment, or at least the contents of those two. :^)
