The dirty little secret in male to female and female to male “surgeries” is they both end up with zero functioning use. The “penises” created are useless as are the “vaginas”. The MTF freaks have a gaping WOUND that requires dilation daily to keep the wound open (yuck) and the FTM penises don’t work without pumps, rods and the like. That’s not natural nor normal. But our “trans medical docs” don’t tell people those parts of their glorious journey into their “true selves”. The doctors are creating patients for life.
