Is that what you think they’d be fighting for? (i.e. to flatter the egos of American NeoCons?). Is it just possible that there are Taiwanese who have their own reasons for resisting the Chicoms? Is it possible there are some who would resist because they don’t want to be subjects of the CCP? Yes, I think so.
