A true anorexic would have trouble getting pregnant in the first place. I agree that her natural slimness is a risk factor when facing cancer . . . no reserve to fight. But anorexia is a very specific thing, and a word not to be thrown around lightly. She is not Karen Carpenter.

I did say that she undereats. She might not undereat enough to be considered truly anorexic, but that matters little over the long time if you undereat enough to remain perpetually thin.
