A well and septic system on two acres might not be a good idea. Neighbor has to do the same. too close. septic is water use heavy.
Now a proper outhouse..........................

Composter toilets would be a better choice.

Have lived on well & septic for over 31 years-—IN 2 different places.
NO PROBLEMS
TREAT THE SEPTIC MONTHLY WITH “BIO-CLEAN” to assist in the breakdown of solids.

two acres is plenty for a septic system ... the real trick for any co-existing well on such a small site is that it has to draw from an independent aquifer that is MUCH than the surface septic leach field, AND to make sure the well is cased, with the casing fully sealed by completely grouting it ...
