Sounds like something to digest. The NYT published the entire March 2024 Russia-Ukraine peace agreement and other accompanying documents.

Here is the story and commentary about them. Alex doesn't know who leaked the documents, but I have another possibility that he didn't mention. That is it could have been leaked by the Ukraine parliament that I heard beforehand that they are considering the latest Putin peace proposal - since Zelensky is not a legit president any longer according to the Ukraine constitution.

I don't understand why Russia wouldn't be invited. They're the entire other side of the fight, no peace deal is going to be figured out without them. The only reason it wouldn't matter is if everyone is trying to convince belligerent #2 to unilaterally end it...?
