London’s High Court dismissed Donald Trump’s data protection lawsuit on Thursday against a British private investigation company regarding a dossier that claimed ties between Trump’s campaign and Russia.

Donald Trump, the front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024, had sued Orbis Business Intelligence over claims made in a dossier by Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence officer and co-founder of Orbis.

Looking at the report it's hard to say this report isn't correct.

Exceptions for "informed consent" are stated in Article 31 Health measures relating to entry of travellers
Regulations do not preclude(IE:make it very difficult) States Parties from requiring medical examination, vaccination or other prophylaxis or proof of vaccination or other prophylaxis:
(a) when necessary to determine whether a public health risk exists
(b) as a condition of entry for any travellers seeking temporary or permanent residence

Misinformation they added more previsions for local state requirements to help with surveillance and investigations.

The key thing not said: Covid set a precedent where they can make up out of thin air what constitutes an emergency. Notice in the report only WHO approved "vaccine"(pharma product) is accepted. Immunized by prior condition can't be approved.
