The Q intrigue became quantified for me when (I think) it was stated in effect, that “disinformation is necessary” and also “black hats will be white hats”... and visa versa.

I believe that Presidents Trump and Putin are working together and have been working together for years to weaken or eliminate the deep state. Russia’s presence off the coast of Florida doesn’t disturb me, except that it presents an opportunity for the Black Hats to portray/create a dangerous situation and manipulate the minds of the slumbering public.
