I can’t forget two things about Pence:
1. Trump saying to him on/around Jan6 something like “sometimes it’s harder to do nothing” (PLEASE someone correct this).
2. Sec Def Chris Miller thanking Pence for mentoring him through the most complex military operation in the history of the US. way paraphrasing.
Pence seems to relish his role as a black hat if that’s what it is and it didn’t seem that hard to him to do nothing.
No corrections except that, IIRC, he said “Sometimes it takes more courage to do nothing”. Your memory is very sharp.
Item #2 was so strange. Assuming Miller wasn’t simply trolling Pence, his words could mean only one of two things: He and Pence were working together to either (A) Save the nation, or (B) Destroy it.
