I remember when covid was first happening. So many “hospitals crowded, no more room, ERs stuffed, parking lots full”, etcetc. On twitter people went to the supposedly full and busy ERs and hospitals and found empty parking lots, empty ERs, Front desks people staff sitting around with nothing to do, etc.
I did the same thing where I live. I drove to two hospitals and the parking lots were empty. I walked inside and there was nobody around - no patients filling the hallways, no doctors, a few nurses. I suppose the staff were all on another floor learning their TilTok dance routines.
