This is sort of what they did back in 2020. The Democrats would leak stories that made it seem as though Biden would collapse 30 minutes into the debate, then when it didn't happen, and the moderators covered for Biden whenever he got shaky, people thought that he exceeded expectations.

But I've always thought that Biden is not quite as mentally gone as the right portrays him, and certainly not as sharp as left suggests.

They're devious and sneaky and they will be ready for the debates. And you can be sure the moderators will be helping Biden when needed.

Very little for Trump to gain with CNN moderating, everybody sits, cuts off Trumps mic and you know Biden will get the questions in advance and they will have him rested and on uppers for the debate so he will exceed expectations while the “moderators” try and attack Trump and goad Trump into emotional outburst. Hopefully trump has learned that how he comes across is what matters to independent voters-they decide the election

They will have a Jacked up, drugged up Biden who will be the attack dog for the first hour. Supported by the CNN media who will try to give him per-selected questions that only appear to be serious. They will undermine and fact check Trump with the most brutal “got Ya” questions. Like; “What did your wife say to you when she found out you paid money to Story Daniels for sex?” Biden will do well for the first half but start to become confused by the second half to a point he starts to ramble and talk of Corn Pop or speak with his dead son. When he calls Trump a “Lying dog faced pony soldier” it will be all over. Trump only needs to be calm and let him stumble and fall on his face to win.

I really wish President Trump had taken advantage of Biden’s infirmity by declining to debate him.

It would have been seen by most as merciful - like refusing to fight a cripple.

After all, there is no upside for Trump in this.

1( The fake news will automatically award Biden the win no matter what.
2) They will make it all about Trump being a convicted felon.
3) Everything he says will be taken out-of-context to hurt him.
