Obama will make that decision.

He will probably remove Joe because he all used up and replace him with big Mike. Then baraq can continue to run the country through a proxy for another 4 years. And no one will dare attack a black “woman”. Just like the media and the repubs left baraq alone for fear of being tagged as racists.
