Almost completely wrong. Nicaea I said little to nothing about the canon. The canon in the West was settled by three local councils and a Papal decree (the "Tome of Damasus") between AD 380 and AD 430. The "Infancy Gospel of Thomas," with its ridiculous stories about Jesus killing two boys and blinding the parents of one, then miraculously resurrecting the boys and restoring their parents' sight, was known to be a product of Egyptian Gnosticism both before and after.

The story of Boy Jesus making birds out of clay and bringing them to life is definitely not in the Catholic Bible, or any other Christian Bible.

Christopher Moores Book “Lamb” The gospel according to Biff, Christ’s childhood friend tells all about Christ’s early years.

And I wonder how you will respond if on judgement day God asks you to explain exactly what you meant by that?

It's called "humor". We're allowed to do that, even a little with the Bible.
It's like, Eve was called "woman" because Adam saw her and said, "Woah! Man!!!!"
Genesis 1 mentions the first baseball game. It was in the big inning.
Why was Goliath surprised when David hit him with a stone? Because the thought had never entered his head before.
Who was the best comedian in the Bible? Samson -- he brought the house down.
Which book of the prophets is the easiest to understand? EZekiel.

The whole point of miracles is to reveal the nature of God. The feeding of the 5000 for instance points to the provision God gives us each and every day. Miracles aren’t magic tricks to make us go wow and be entertained which is how I see the clay birds coming to life story. When he was before Herod and Herod demanded a miracle Jesus did not comply.
If you want wow just go out on a clear night and look at the universe God created.

In the Gospel of John he writes that Jesus did many miracles not written down in the books.

This isn’t new. This infancy gospel was rejected by the church.

This miracle, however, is recorded in the Koran and was one of the gnostic myths about Christ

When I was in third grade in a parochial school, the nun would sometimes read to the class, and one of the books was called The Boy Jesus. Nothing heretical but as best I can recall not very interesting stories.
