Turin has a horrible public transit system. Totally random routes.
Italy in general is a pain to get around in. The cities are basically run by Communists. Getting a taxi in a city without Uber is like trying to pull teeth.
However, their train system is pretty good if you’re going from city to city. It’s getting to the train station that’s an adventure.
