I find that to be bull$h1t. The vast majority of us cyclists say on your left, ring a bike bell, slow down when we’re approaching walkers, who are coming toward each other and generally behave ourselves. The assholes are in the tiny minority.
I’m guessing sarcasm on your part since the tiny minority must live in all the areas those agreeing with me live.
They seldom if ever stop at a stop sign, pass me on the right when moving slow and there is no bike lane, ride 2,3,4 abreast blocking a lane vice single file... I could go on but the majority here are azzholes.
