Ellis Island opened in 1892. ALL of those 1900 immigrants passed through there and had rigorous health checks, proof that they wouldn’t be a burden on the USA, had to have skills and ability to support themselves, had to have a sponsor in the USA to be admitted, and more.

So not only are all the jobs gone, but the sensible checks on immigrants are gone as well. Now anybody and everybody just waltzes in over the non-existent southern “border,” goes on welfare, gets spending money, and expects free food, housing and cell phone.

All because the power-mad Democrats will do ANYTHING to stay in power.

My Grandmother arrived from Ireland with a fever. She was sent right back to Ireland. It took her another two years of working and saving to make the trip again.
