Yeah, this is a situation that local law enforcement should be able to take care of within a couple of hours of the owner’s call and showing paperwork.

Yes, we wouldn’t bother to call the Habersham County sheriff. We’d usher them out at gunpoint and then let him know. In Atlanta it might be trickier.
