Of course they did. Did you not read my post? I stated Linux fostered technology transfers to foreign governments and companies, which is undisputed. And IBM only made peanuts compared to what was lost to the rest of the US.

You don't read very well. Let's try this again. ALL of Red Hat's tech was available for FREE to any foreign government on the public Internet BEFORE IBM bought them.
