May I ask what is your goal in taking Urolithin A? It can't be treatment of dementia, hardly. Prevention?

It is for prevention of any issue that appears bound by mitochondria.
This includes a number of cancers and numerous other dysfunctional issues we build up.
Here are other threads that spoke to Urolithin A, and I have studies I never posted that also show benefits.
