I am to accept at face value that judges are now better experts on what a vaccine is than the scientists who actually study vaccines?

I learned in the last few months that judges are now:

• Better experts on the value of real estate than real estate developers who actually build the real estate.

• Better experts on campaign finance law than the head of the Federal Election Commission who actually oversees the law.
