Yep. The radical Left is intensely indoctrinated (intentionally by Marxist institutions and unintentionally by living in a giant echo chamber of media, government, friends, family, and co-workers).
People on the radical Left have come to believe in an insane and untenable concept of reality. The question is, "Are they willing to die for what they believe...or just kill for it."

There is nothing progressive in “progressivism”. They are the dinosaurs of the society.
