So you tell me how many others were suing other than the entire ‘outraged’ population of the earth and who therefore deserve compensation.
Also this was not an individual family case, so, wrong-o on that even if it weren’t deficient thinking.
If every person on the face of the earth sued for for harm done to them, as I understand the how lawsuits work, they can sue for the same amount of money each. The number that sue you does not reduce what you’ll need to pay.
I just cannot sue you, individually, for an unreasonable amount of money. But 50 million of us can each sue you for a reasonable amount of money for harm done. It just adds up to a lot.
