Actually, it's not at all fine, IMO.
Running the "majority" in the people's House like a clown car is going to cost a lot of seats in November. I've been sticking with D+35 for most of the year, but after July 4 when the UK Conservative Party is shredded by popular disgust, I could see D+60 or even worse.
Hell of a way to welcome back President Trump.
When Democrats have the majority they are in control.
When Republicans have the majority the Democrats are still in control. They manipulate, intimidate and bully the feckless Repukes.
Republicans have no interest in leading so there’s little incentive to vote for them. They are just talkers, not do-ers. All rhetoric, no results.

To paraphrase Patton, I’d rather have the Democrats in front of me than have Republicans behind me.
You still believe, in the face of all the evidence, that the FR Imaginary GOP really, really WANTS to oppose but they don't because they are manipulated, intimidated and bullied? Others still believe "Soros is paying them off".
The easy explanation is probably the truth.
They all go to the same schools, have the same jobs, marry the same women, share the same mistresses (or now boyfriends), and they lie to their voters to get elected but could care less about America or any specific issue.

Then explain why the Left and their allies in the media constantly engage in such nasty tactics against the Republicans? If, as you say, this isn’t necessary then why do they do it? Doesn’t make sense, unless of course it works for them.
That said, I do agree that, to a certain extent, some of the Repukes share the Leftist attitudes and culture of their Democrat colleagues. Its a “class thing” that they share with their presumed opponents that makes them ignore the wishes of the commoners who put them in office.
Whatever, don’t look for the Dems to let up on their attacks against the so-called Right. Make no mistake, it produces the results they want, or they wouldn’t be doing it.
