Violates all Feng Shui rules for buildings being in harmony with their surroundings. A fish out of water. The topographical balance is completely off. It’s like someone sliced a chunk out of midtown Manhattan and airlifted it to the most unlikeliest piece of real estate imaginable for use as a tourist attraction.
