Mercy is unexpected by the left, and certainly unappreciated. But as far as Joe goes, he should be prosecuted for his crimes (and unlike Trump he actually HAS crimes!) after he leaves office. After sentencing and a short incarceration Trump should commute the prison sentence but fine the Bidens into poverty.
I just realized that the President cannot fine anyone; the court has to do that.
