Must "now"? You're posting an article from 2020. Ritter has been able to travel freely since 2020. So, the law you're citing most certainly doesn't explain why his passport was revoked.

I guarantee you don't give a damn why it was revoked anymore than you care Gonzalo Lira was arrested and murdered in a Ukrainian prison.

You despise any freedoms for those you consider to be your enemy.

The law was approved by President Trump.

Did Ritter self disclose on his passport application that he was a registered child sex offender so it could get the appropriate child sex offender stamp as required by law?

Did Ritter notify his local sex offender registry at least 21 days in advance that he was planning to travel internationally as required by law?

Did Ritter know that by law, Russia forbids registered sex offenders from entering their country?
