Good story. Lots of property line Karens out there get surprised when they go nuts and demand a survey only to find out that THEY are the ones who need to move a fence or an entire building.

Next Door angry neighbors can be a bitch. Knew someone asked their neighbor if they could purchase a few feet of their property for a landscaping project.
The neighbor refused.
So a survey was conducted, the results were that not only the few feet he wanted to purchase was actually his, but also a few more feet further into the neighbors yard also belonged to him.
So out came a hedge row that the neighbor claims as theirs.
