I’m not even seeing how he is a tyrant. He stands for elections more honest that ours. People there are free. And as for the Ukraine war, he worked directly and explicitly for over a decade to prevent it. He did not mislead us but told us precisely what Russia’s red lines were and why. He repeatedly asked for negotiations on the issue. Again, we flipped him the finger. And we did it with maximum rudeness. We told him we would not discuss NATO with him at all, and would only discuss what we deemed Russia’s needs. Nothing more.
We flipped him the finger hard and then charged on with our plan, which included a modern nazi regime on his border. And now we are shocked and he is a “tyrant” for backing up his clearly stated warnings.
I just don’t see any tyrant, just someone who is reading the room and knows the score and set his sails not to get run over by Globohomo.
Hi.
Post 44.
“Putin may be a tyrant...” I don’t know. But...
as you know once KGB always KGB.

Russian propaganda.
If you want to be honest, just say that Putin is better for Russia than Yeltsin. That is correct. But I wouldn't want to be a 18 years old man living outside St. Petersburg or Moscow. Life is cheap in Russia.
