Yeah, look up the Commandant Berger USMC 2030 plan. It’s unreal. He literally credits a Harvard professor with the idea. And his plan is that Marines will “Hide and Observe” on Islands in the China Sea and around the Pacific. Small units, with sensors, playing hide and seek with the Chinese.
He’s lost his mind. Over 20 retired USMC Generals came out against it in a private letter. James Webb is openly against it writing OpEds.
