I was referring to 1998 when I was in Israel.
It was shocking how anti-USA CNN International was.
There was a lack of english speaking TV during my 3 months in Israel and CNN International was one of the few.

Gotcha. I also traveled internationally at that time, and agree. CNN was always a disaster.
