Video at link. Dave Freiheit (fled Trudeau's commie state of Canada) sounding an alarm.
Really? You are a huge part of the issues we are dealing with! Sod off with your elitist I know better than you BS!
Figures… meh!
As soon as he filed for bankruptcy his assets were subject to liquidation (~2 years ago) the bankruptcy trustee could have shut down “Infowars”/”Free Speech Systems, LLC”/”PrisonPlanet” long ago by selling off his studio buildings/equipment, etc...he is lucky to have stayed “online” this long after filing for BK.
Finalize the BK and start over fresh as mentioned above by others.
So it’s elitest bs to know the law
The entire lawfare against him was BS and you know it! Don’t spread your justification BS to me. I see what is going on with this use of the courts to shut up dissenting voices. Are you on board with this? Again, I am not a follower of Alex at all, but I see this corruption in use of the courts.
No, it is elitest to think YOU are the arbiter of justice! Disgusting!
I guess you have no idea how a bankruptcy works? Alex went to the court and filed for BK (he is using the courts against himself?!?) He should be thanking the BK court for letting his program/studios, etc. remain intact for this long (~2 years after his filing). He can restart his “dissenting voice” with a new LLC at any time...but “Free Speech Systems, LLC” is a goner.
I guess you refuse to see what they did to drive him into bankruptcy! I truly cannot believe the blinders on your eyes!
How does one "overdramatize" the death of a nation?
Thru my wife’s job, I do have some degree of knowledge of the bankruptcy process and what the laws are.
If you read my entire set of responses, you will see I said the original judgement and lawsuits were wrong, once Alex Jones filed for bankruptcy, everything changes and now a Bankruptcy Judge and Trustee take over, that is the same for Alex Jones and everyone else in this country, it happens every single in every state of the country.
“No it is lawfare bullspit! Maybe you will wake up when it is done to you?”
That’s the problem with these people, i.e., they think the persecution can’t/won’t happen to them. After the Trump verdict, it’ll be a free-for-all punishing all of us. The ones who think Alex Jones doesn’t have First Amendment rights also will be targets.
What Alex Jones said about the Sandy Hook shooting was just normal everyday talk or was it overdramatized ??
This entire ordeal for Alex Jones began with his comments about Sandy Hook.
They don’t have any idea because they refuse to accept anything other than it’s the heavy hand of government shutting down Alex Jones.
As you mentioned, Bankruptcy is not the end of the world, everyday people file for bankruptcy, give up their assets and start over in successful ventures.
That’s what I would advise Alex Jones to do, give up on this case, you lost, settle the case and move on, start over and put his behind you.
It’s a tough thing to accept but Alex Jones appears to want to be a martyr, instead of settling the case and moving on.
As others have said, this is how Bankruptcy works, it happens every day in this country, businesses or individuals file for bankruptcy, a trustee gets appointed, the trustee’s job is to liquidate the assets and pay off the creditors.
When you file bankruptcy, you basically give up control of your business, the Trustee now runs your business, it’s the same for Alex Jones, you, me and everyone else in this country.
All true, but don’t forget the current “hype”/”persecution complex” stuff = views/clicks/click revenue/and sponsor revenue/$. Am not a BK “expert”...at what point in his BK does he start to get to keep his assets/LLC revenue again? Not until the BK is final? Will the BK stay “open” until the creditors are satisfied/paid off? Can the creditors say “we are satisfied”/close the case even thought they haven’t been fully paid?
The creditors are somewhat limited in what they can do as well, they can only go after the assets that have judgements against, the Trustee’s job is liquidate those assets and pay off the creditors.
In the vast majority of bankruptcy cases, creditors don’t get 100 cents on dollar, their claims get prorated, based on how much the Trustee collects.
The Trustee gets paid some percentage of what they bring in that comes off the top, then what’s left over goes to the creditors, once all the claims have been paid, the judge will close the case and Alex Jones debts to those creditors will be finalized and over.
If he starts up again under a new company with new assets the creditors can’t go after them.
Alex Jones is on thin ice, we already know he’s a target, if he plays fast and loose with his assets, he could be charged with Bankruptcy fraud, people have gone to jail over committing bankruptcy fraud.
That’s why his best course of action is to give up on this case, work with the Trustee to get all the assets turned over, get the case resolved and move on.
In this case, it’s Alex Jones that is the central figure, the other guy who could be facing a similar situation is Mike Lindell, he’s got all kinds of financial issues, if he goes into Bankruptcy, his company will likely get shutdown and his assets seized, the reaction on FR will be same as it is today.
Alex Jones looks like a screaming Biden
Looks like you excuse the lawfare.
Another who excuses the lawfare used against this man.
