Nice credentials but these just show he’s been in the system a long time and heard a lot of rumors and scuttlebutt.

As I say, I'm neutral until there's more evidence. But that said, here are the 2 credentials of Col. Nell that matter:

• Worked at [...] Lockheed Martin Missiles & Space, Northrop Grumman

This guy knows one way or another. Either he is intentionally lying or he's telling the truth.
