This story seems kind of canned. Like it was carefully crafted for a specific kind of audience.

Like the difference between Russian propaganda and actual Russian news. The propaganda is hamhanded and always seems to have the same cadence to it. Actual Russian news is right to the point, not a lot of emotion to it, and it often has disparate details to it that flesh it out as a real story.

This report smells fishy to me.
