I never said it was either false or true. It is true of some polls, not true of others.

My observation of peoples' reactions, stated above, is correct.

Let’s back off and try not to be so scientific. You know damn well what I meant; the article, the context, was about a poll that showed Trump was losing support due to the verdict. I mentioned that there are polls that show the exact opposite, that Trump is gaining support because of the verdict. That means, if you can’t fathom that — gaining support means he is not losing support.
So the question is not meaningless.
