I don't see how they don't kill him.

Actually, thinking it over: killing him in prison will actually be a lot harder, what with his accompanying Secret Service protection.

So maybe the sign they will attempt to kill him is they DON'T send him to prison.

I'm unsure of the pathway SCOTUS could take to step in. There is an established pathway to SCOTUS, I don't think they can raise an issue themselves. If they did, it would be well outside of precedent. However, if they did, there would be -- as Algore once put it -- no Controlling Legal Authority to overrule them. Who can decide the constitutionality of a Supreme Court action? No one, that's who. Not Congress, and not the Executive branch.

Mark Levin explained the pathway to SCOTUS extremely well on his show, and again on FoxNews (I saw the clip posted on Rumble. I do not watch FoxNews.) I couldn't possibly do it justice, other than to state there is a pathway based on the 2000 election.

Agree, we've lived in the 'sweet spot' of American history, and that's coming to a rapid end.

Yet, I’ve actually given this some thought. If we were to have an uprising, where? When? Washington DC? Do you know how wired that entire town is, and do you know how much hardcore military hardware is prepositioned there? Where else would we go, and what actions could we take that are meaningful and that would bring change?

Thinking quite hard about it, I have no answer to any of that. Unless some incredible leader emerges, I will stay stationary.

I heard that the next day, he retracted his claim. He discovered why it didn't quite meet the thresholds.

Still, if we are living in a nearly lawless society, SCOTUS could simply go outside their normal boundaries.

Hell, if they did, I wouldn't put it past Obama/Biden to order the SCOTUS judges to be arrested for treason.

What we need to do is show unity, numbers, and determination. Some thoughts...

Pick one biz ally of Deep State and boycott it for a specified period of time. Repeat as necessary.

Group together and pull your kids out of publik skrewls for a day nationwide. Repeat as necessary.

If Deep State targets a biz, find a way to support it. If you don’t need anything, buy something for someone who does. Repeat as necessary.

If SCOTUS were to step in and go outside their normal boundaries and Biden's handlers manage to steal the 2024 election, you can expect to see them pack the courts with liberal judges and finish off the job of destroying the America you and I grew up in.
