Why not? He might go with the idea “in for a penny...” But more likely, he sentences Trump to prison but stays the sentence pending appeal. So voters are left with the idea that their president could be imprisoned if he loses the appeal.

I think they will try and put him in jail for the video and ads to follow, or make propation so strick that that he can’t speak out about the case being rigged
