Maybe he passed out and fell into a crusher/shredder, or was wearing loose clothes that got caught and pulled in.
Had a high school buddy who this happened to....got pulled in by clothing getting caught.
Crush a LOT of bones ... he lost a leg, but, he survived, by the grace of God.
