1) Combating Toxic Patriarchy
2) ethical hacking (this exists)
3) Horology (the study of time and the art of measuring it)
4) Bagpiping
Offered by Carnegie Mellon University
Example courses in the bagpiping major include Studio, Theory, and History. Bagpiping majors will go on to become bagpipers or bagpiping instructors.
5) Comedy: Writing and Performance
Offered by: Humber College (Canada)
Example courses include Stand-Up Comedy, Improvisation, Sketch, Physical Comedy, Acting & Voice, and History of Comedy. For jobs as a Stand-Up Comedian, Scriptwriter, Performer, Producer, Broadcaster, Advertiser, Voiceovers Actor, and Sketch Comedy Actor.
Starbucks is much like Tower Records years ago, for those that can’t get a real job, these offered fallback. Competition must be growing for these jobs.
