All six stars of The View hit the table for Friday’s very unique episode for one reason: “Don’t adjust your TV set. Yes, I’m here on a Friday because this is a very unique moment in history,” Whoopi Goldberg explained. “That’s why we’re all at the table.”
Unlike most days, there wasn’t a varied list of “Hot Topics” for the team to discuss; the only thing to talk about was the conviction of Donald Trump on 34 felonies in New York Thursday. And, as expected, they each had a lot of feelings about the subject — with some being positively giddy and others finding it to be a “somber” development.

The fact that she even brought that up, tells me she knows he will never do any prison time.
“...What was Ted Danson thinking?...”
Maybe he was thinking: Coke is one Hell of a drug?
Guy hangs out with Shelley Long and Kirstie Alley and marries that.
I would have written bad checks for Kirstie.
What was actor Frank Langella, thinking?
Langella was with Whoopi first, then came Danson. When Danson and Goldberg were ridiculed for the "black face" at Whoopi's comedy roast, Rush Limbaugh commented about it on his radio show. I was listening that day. Rush talked about Goldberg's relationship with these two white men, and had a hard time understanding what it was either of them saw in her. Then he asked his listening audience if they recalled the movie "White Men Can't Jump," and then said, this is a case of "White Men Can't See."
I miss Rush. It’s no coincidence that since he left this country has really deteriorated.
They never married. They lived together. After they split, he went on to marry actress Mary Steenburgen. She had been married to Malcolm McDowell previously. She met McDowell when they starred in the 1979 movie "Time After Time." McDowell played H.G. Wells who chased Jack the Ripper into the 20th Century with his Time Machine. British actor David Warner played Jack the Ripper. Steenburgen was the love interest of H.G. Wells.
Very true. Rush is one of those special people whose absence leaves a great void in the world. Trump is one of those special people too. No one will ever be able to fill either man's shoes.

What you see on visitors day at the Happy Farm or Enchanted Kingdom.
People trapped in waiting rooms at 11:00 Eastern time. Just like all of those air travellers who watched CNN, whether they wanted to or not.
That ugly negro should be cleaning toilets 🚽
Did you know Whoopi had numerous gigs before she became a comedian, one being a mortuary cosmetologist……no wonder the gals on the view appear dead.
I really don’t care to know each time a baboon screeches.
