I have seen impotence from diuretics, and cough from ace blockers but sorry I never saw this type of dermatitis.
But I am old enough to remember the good old days before we had these medicines, when young people died of strokes from severe high blood pressure.

Ugh. I probably have this on my lower leg.
Currently using hydrocortisone topically to stop the itch. Yes, I take lisinopril.
