Suits agaginst agencies accomplish nothing; the actual doers don’t have to pay, so there’s no disincentive for future violations. Whoever the killer is, he needs to personally lose everything; his money, his home, his livelihood - everything - for his crime. Then we might see change. Waco was a non-lesson.

You misunderstood as his head on a pike is the first salvo. They don’t have a position to negotiate due to all the known circumstances surrounding what essentially amounts to an assassination. In other words, whatever the surviving victim (his wife) desires she gets.

Waco was a non-lesson.

As was Ruby Ridge and the FBI murderer that was promoted and sent on to Waco to commit further mayhem. States ignore the 10th amendment and many happily join the Fed in abrogating the Constitution on a regular basis. We truly slept when Jack introduced unionization for all federal employees. We wonder why politicians seem to change their positions without wondering what brought forth the change. Maybe keeping the same congressional staff year after year isn't such a good idea.
