Exactly. EV users never go to far and are typically used in far more urban/populated areas.

Pedestrian hits vs miles driven is a lazy stat. Compare two different type cars in urban areas.

Certainly not being able to hear them may have some impact, but I suspect it that big of a deal.

When the city mouse is visiting the country mouse, the country mouse is apt to remind the city mouse's pups to "Look both ways, sometimes there are two cars on the road!"
